Fun Zone Rentals Supplies: -Delivery, full setup & take down (within Kamloops - no charge) -Extension cords (12 Gauge) within 125' of setup location
Event or Renter Supplies: -Full Supervision over inflatables while in use (unless otherwise negotiated) -Power within 125' of setup location (1- regular power circuit per fan required)
if inadequate power is available, we can provide generators at an additional cost.
Approved Setup Location: Concrete, Pavement, Grass, Indoors. Areas should be flat, clean, and clear of any debris. Installation location must not contain any stairs. Please notify us if installation area contains any hills or other obstacles.
We do not setup on: Dirt, Wood Chips, Pea Gravel, Sand due to safety of participants and cleanliness of our inflatable equipment.
Cancellation Policy:
We're known to be one of the easiest rental companies to do business with -
we understand sometimes things beyond your control come up - therefore, here's our policy:
Events within Kamloops:
Providing we have not yet setup the equipment at your event and you give us at least 6 hours notice - there are no cancellation charges!
Once we have setup your equipment - the balance of the invoice in deemed payable in full as we have fulfilled our requirements.
Events outside of Kamloops:
Due to the fact that we would generally have to travel - once we have left our warehouse, and no notice has been given of cancellation, invoice is due and payable in full
Weather Related Cancellation & Situations:
If the weather is looking marginal on the day of your event, either we will be in touch with you,
or you can call us to see our opinion of the weather.
If we deem the weather adequate for setting equipment up, we expect your event to go ahead as planned -
however if we deem the weather to be inadequate to safely operate our equipment we reserve the right to refuse setting up
as injury to your customers/guests is not worth the risk as the vinyl on our equipment will get very slippery when it is subjected to water.
Should we setup the equipment at your event, and the weather turn bad during your event, the invoice is still due and payable in full as unfortunately, we have no control over the weather and we have fulfilled our requirements.
We suggest that if it starts raining, or gets windy - to immediately discontinue use of the equipment and in the case of:
a) Rain - keep the equipment inflated as it will help prevent water from seeping inside of the inflatable unit - but do not allow guests on the equipment for safety considerations.
b) Wind - if wind is over 40 km/h - immediately deflate the unit and discontinue use.
AS AN ADDED BONUS, IN ADDITION TO OUR DISCOUNTS.... We want to give your event a whole variety of prizes that you can give away at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
